With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Clinard of Little River, South Carolina, born in Rock Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on September 15, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Tabitha Onley Helms and John Columbus Helms; and her grandson William Thomas Clinard III. She is survived by: her children, William Thomas Clinard II (Carolyn) of Little River, SC, Sue Ellen Clinard (Harley Lingerfelt) of Winnsboro, SC and John J. Clinard (Pamela) of Savannah, Georgia.; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Scott Clinard, Robin Colleen Clinard, Lee Hoover and Lauren Jerome. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
