He is survived by: his daughters, Autumn Altieri (Tom) and Vivian Toplak (Mike); his grandchildren, Frankie, Mia Altieri and Archer Toplak; his sister Cindy Rice; and his uncle Tom Toplak. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
