He was predeceased by : his mother Ellen; his brother Mitchell Ray McIntosh; and his daughter Allison McIntosh. He is survived by : his wife Loretta McIntosh; his daughter Heather Whitley; his stepson Andrew Lee; his grandchildren, Brooke Whitley, Parker Phillips, Emma Lee and Sadie Lee; and his brother Bill McIntosh.
