He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Marie Dugan; his stepfather Edward Dugan; his wife Louise Maiola Deveney; his children, Dianna Deveney (Chad Guthrie) and Michael Deveney (Melinda); his granddaughter Juliana Deveney; and his siblings, Daniel Deveney (Sharon), Charles Deveney (Linda) and Maria Dugan (Patrick Moran).
A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Star of the Sea (1100 8th Ave N, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582).
