We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2019, at the age of 61, Joanne S Fraser (Little River, South Carolina), born in Bridgeport, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Timko and Mary Sovich Timko; and her husband Richard Fraser. She is survived by: her daughter Natasha Goebel (Steven); her sisters, Kim Timko York and Karen Timko Fuller; and her granddaughter Stephanie Elizabeth Goebel.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Jo's granddaughter, Stephanie Elizabeth Goebel, 5726 Dusky Run, Patrick AFB, FL 32925.
