We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2024, at the age of 84, Joyce Parrott of Little River, South Carolina, born in Rockingham, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Grady William Welch and Bessie Sullivan Welch. She is survived by : her husband Thomas Marion Parrott; her children, Tom (Sandy), Bill (Becca), Paige Wright (Tim) and Nickie Norris (Scott); her grandchildren, Jake, Shelby Parrott, DeborahJo, Brantleigh, Carissa Parrott, Morgan, Ainsley, Gracin and Kendall Norris; her sister Eva Clarie White; her nephew Steve Parrott; and her nieces, Angela Cooke, Johnna White and Joy Gabriel.

In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests making memorial donations to First Baptist Church Building Fund, 200 Hwy 17S.
