He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Maglione and Ann Maglione (Vigliotti); his wife Sue Maglione (Waxler); his former wife Betty Jane Maglione (Babin); his sons, Thomas Maglione (Tommy) and Ronald Wolfson; and his brothers, Thomas and John Maglione.
He is survived by: his friends, Artie and Ron; his daughter Sandy (Maglione); his children-in-law, Craig Scartocci and Pam Maglione; his granddaughter Kara Maglione; and his sister-in-law Markey Bee.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Nick's memory to Gentiva Hospice and American Heart Association.
