With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ralph D. Carpenter in Little River, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 23, 2025 at the age of 81. He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Carpenter and Roy Carpenter; and his sister Lorraine Shepherd. He is survived by: his sons, David Carpenter (Karen) and Scott Carpenter (Glenda); his grandchildren, Daniel Reeve, Austin Carpenter, Jennifer Bourne (Matt) and Lisa Bromley (David); his great grandchildren, Hunter, Sarah, Emily, Savannah, Mollie and Landon; and his wife JoAnn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
