He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mangum and Emma Jean Mangum. He is survived by: his daughters, Shelly Mangum (Andy Price) of Blacksburg, VA and Ashley Hill (Matt) of Indian Trail, NC; his grandchildren, Aaron, Courtney and Ava; and his brothers, Tom (Elle) of Colorado and Kenny (Joanie) of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by two nephews, a niece and two great nieces.
