He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Ambrose; his children, Tammy Szalay (Robert) and Richard Turkall (Audrey); his stepchildren, Joseph Ambrose, Denise DeGaetano (Bret Thomas) and Donnie Ambrose; his grandchildren, Garret Szalay (Angela), Weston Szalay (Rachel), Brinley Szalay, Kaila Ambrose, Julia DeGaetano and Jenna DeGaetano; his great grandchildren, Patrick Ambrose, Dominick Ambrose and Leo Szalay; his siblings, Thomas Turkall (Sharon), Gary Turkall (Sandi) and Michelle Nakavich (Peter); and his friend Brian Zolna. He is also survived by his family, friends.
