He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Salvatore and Ruth Salvatore (Kifer). He is survived by: his wife Deborah Salvatore (Faulk); his children, Paul Salvatore (Natalie) and Nicole Salvatore Keppler (Nate); his grandchildren, Giada Keppler and Nash Keppler; his brother Lawrence Salvatore (Cindy); and his sister-in-law Sherrie Wood (Woody).
