She was predeceased by: her parents, Scarbourgh Lewis and Maude Marrow Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Chadwick; and her sons, Stephen Chadwick and Randy Chadwick. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Red Hill Methodist Church Cemetery. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
