It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ruth A. Schultz of Little River, South Carolina, born in Traverse City, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 85, on October 6, 2025. Though Ruth may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ruth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard O. Schultz; her parents, E. Stanley Bright and Virginia Bright (Groesser); and her great grandchild Hayden B. Harris. She is survived by: her children, Rick J. Schultz (Sarah S. Schultz) and Cynthia L. Whitenight (Robert P. Whitenight).

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ocean Drive Presbyterian Church (410 6th Ave S, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582).
