Though Sherwin may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Utz and Margaret Straley; and his son Sherwin LeRoy Utz, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Utz (Rafferty) of Little River, SC; his son Lynn Utz (Janet) of North Atlanta, GA; and his stepchildren, James Ellis (Carol) of New Windsor, MD and Marie Barlow (Jackie) of Little River, SC. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
