He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughter Stephanie DeRiggs; his foster daughter Tracy Dougherty (Carter); his grandsons, Tyler Battle, Brandon and John Patrick Dougherty; and his sisters, Alberta and Charlene DeRiggs.
