He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Steer, Sr. and Katherine Steer; his sister Linda Steer; and his nephew RJ Steer, III. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Steer; his children, Jarrett Thomas Steer and Kerrie Ann Steer; his brother Raymond J. Steer, Jr. (Debbie); and his sibling's children, Courtney Eckman (Brett) and Michael Steer.
