She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fletcher and Dessie Wynn Fletcher. She is survived by: her husband Arthur C. Hipkins, Jr.; her sons, Arthur C. Hipkins III and Nathen Allen Hipkins (Jessica); and her granddaughters, Marissa Jade Hipkins and Amiyah Hipkins.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Lee Funeral Home and Crematory (11840 SC-90, Little River, SC 29566). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
