He is survived by: his brother Bruce Lewis; his girlfriend Cathy Altman of Longs, SC; his children, Patricia Lewis-Coe (Shelton) of Longs, SC and Jesse Lewis (Suzanne); his granddaughters, Elle and Everlee of Ash, NC; his brother Mike Lewis (Sandra) of Longs, SC; his close friend Shellie Belle; and his pet Shellie Belle. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
