With sadness, we share the passing of Marian Stanley Jones of Lodge, South Carolina. Marian, born on December 29, 1936, passed away on July 27, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fird S. Stanley and Gertrude Davis Stanley; and her son Patrick Jones. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Marshall Jones of Lodge; her daughters, Kay Delatorre (Nick) of Atlanta, Georgia, Kathy Wenzel (Randy) of Glendale, Arizona, Karen Penniston of St. Helena and Tricia Petty of Columbia; and her grandchildren, Anna Fusco, Kelly Gutowski, Laura Wenzel, Ricky Derleth, Adam Derleth, Melissa Penniston, Trent Petty and Camille Petty. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to: Sandy Run Baptist Church.
