He was predeceased by: his parents, Olie Burr Duvall and Margarite Beall; and his brother Robert Duvall of Baltimore, MD.. He is survived by: his wife Rosetta "Sue" Baker; his sons, Gary Duvall (Kim) of Jacksonville and Darren Duvall of Longs; his grandchildren, Brett Duvall (Brandy) of West Virginia, Courtney Robinson (Tery) of Jacksonville and Madalyn Duvall of Jacksonville, Florida; and his siblings, Donald Duvall of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and Louise McMillian of Maryland.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Manor Reformed Cemetery.
