She was predeceased by: her father Ray Seiz. She is survived by: her mother Marie Seiz (Crosley) of Wernersville; her husband Jeffrey Glass; her son Joshua Glass; and her siblings, Kathy Schaeffer and Jeffrey Seiz. She is also survived by 3 step grandchildren.
