He is survived by: his daughters, Jody Scruggs (Jack), Cindy Goins (Ron), Patti Russell and Becki Hudson (Tim); and his grandchildren, Joseph Scruggs, Jaki-Lynn Agramonte, Colleen Muench, Christopher Goins, Emily Wroblewski, Wendy Dekker, Rachael Levy and Kasie Horanoff. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
