He is survived by: his wife Suzanne DeWitt; his children, James Ronald Edward DeWitt, Jr. (Samantha) and Christy DeWitt-O'Connor (Lance); his grandchildren, Nicole Jenkins, Raven Bertie (Ethan), Cierra Eller (Vinny), Christopher James DeWitt and Liam T. O'Connor; and his cousins, Darlene, Alfred, Lester and Tommy.
