He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Utter and George Utter; and his siblings, Robert Sr. and Katherine Smith. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Gemmel); his son Jeff (Cindy) of Loris, SC.; his grandsons, Tony Beers of Sparton, TN, Jay Brannick of Auburn, NY and Kyle Brannick of Gilbertsville, NY.; and his great grandchildren, Hailey Brannick, Nora and Rylee Beers.
