She is survived by: her siblings, Michael (Carol), Melvin (Evelyn), Matthew (Kandace), Mario (Phyllis) and Margaret Levine; and her children, Tina Marie Johnson, Gina Marie Schafer (George) and Joseph Onessimo, Jr.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
