He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith L. Baerlin and Margaret Baerlin (Streight); and his nephew Reese Baerlin. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Long (Smethurst) of Longs; his children, Jennifer Dueborgdioe (Dante) of Bamberg, Breanna Sancrant of Wauseon, Cody Baerlin (Taylor) of Defiance, Mikey Baerlin of Bryan and Matthew Baerlin of Bryan; his stepdaughters, Haley Armstrong (Tyler) of Canal Winchester and Kelsey Long of Athens, Ohio; and his siblings, David Baerlin (Kimberly) of Myrtle Beach and Lauralee Herron (Robert) of Defiance.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy to consider memorial contributions to McLeod Hospice.
