He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles G. Crist and Muriel Crist; his wife Carol V. Crist; and his siblings, Charles Crist, Dolores Panaro and Muriel Van Vorst.

He is survived by: his daughters, Cheron Suereth (David) of Lebanon, PA and Virginia Crist of Palmyra, PA; and his grandchildren, Daniel Suereth, Brent Suereth, Mark Ostroski, Terry Suereth, Megan Ostroski and Matthew Sholley. He is also survived by three great-grand children, and many nieces and nephews.
