She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominick Lopizzo (Maria "Teddy" Conway) and NJ; and her husband Roger Dale Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Chris Smith (Leah) and Dale Smith; her stepchildren, Shannon Smith and Zane (Michele); her grandchildren, Madelaine, Tabitha, Morgan, Campbell and Cooper; and her sister Jo Ann Zavodnick.
