She is survived by: her husband Larry Hackworth; her daughters, Leigh Ann Parker (Thomas), Sherri Haselden, Jeannie Mills (Aaron), Rebecca DeVries (Ben) and Tracey Edelen (Josh); her grandchildren, Madeline Schoeffman (Sarah), Lilly Kimrey, Andrew Stover (Emily), Alec Stover, Allison Gessel (Austin), Regan Mills, Joshua Mills, Kathryn Stover, Dylan Humphreys, Camden Haselden and Mallory Stover; and her siblings, Beverley Miller, William Jones (Mai), Karen Burford (Donnie), Kathryn Heidbrink (David), Robert Jones (Helen) and John Jones (Terri). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Heart Association in Sandy's name.
