He is survived by: his wife Susan Fricks Spivey; his daughters, Jillian Spivey Caddell and Meredith Spivey; his sons-in-law, Joseph Caddell and Oscar Silva; his grandsons, Jack, Theodore Caddell (Teddy) and Mateo Silva Spivey; his brothers, Mike Spivey and Greg Spivey; his stepdaughter Stephanie Graham (Scott); and his stepgrandsons, Evan and Hayden Graham.
