With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma Persing of Longs, South Carolina, who passed away on July 14, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Thomas and Mary Kate Thomas (Darroch); and her brothers, John A. Thomas (Buck) and Herman Cameron Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Larry E. Persing of Longs; her son Frank Mason (Lynn); her granddaughter Heather of Vass; and her sister Cornelia T. Stewart of Lillington.
