He is survived by: his wife Elisa Lee; his siblings, Chris Horvat of Stroudsburg, PA, Doug Lee, Brian Lee of Stroudsburg, PA, Sam King and Jeff Lee of Georgetown, SC.; and his children, Missy Lee of Durham, NC, Scott Lee of Athens, AL, Andrew Lee of Durham, NC and Stephanie McDaniel of Eden, NC.. He is also survived by four step children.
