With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ancil Stacy Hilburn (Loris, South Carolina), who passed away on May 28, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walter Hilburn and Mertie Lou Harrelson Hilburn; his wife Daphine Lee Hilburn; and his siblings, Lester Hilburn, Paul Hilburn, Lloyd Hilburn, Dewey Hilburn, Inez Atwell, Annie Ruth Gerald, Mila Causey and Essie Mae Booth.
He is survived by: his children, Duwane Hilburn, Kathy Nichols (Charles) and Wanda Jean Hilburn; his grandchildren, Tracie Hilburn, Danny Patterson, Corrina Mae Corno, Reese Simmons, Misty Simmons, Bradley Hilburn and Chaz Elliott; and his sister Mary Frances Strickland. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
