He was predeceased by: his parents, Mordecai Samuel Booth, Sr. and Cora Suggs Booth; his wife Sylvia Hardee Booth; his daughter Jodie Lynn Booth; and his siblings, Hubert Booth, Thelma Todd and Albertine Booth.
He is survived by: his nephew Lundy Booth; and his nieces, Loretta Gerald (Larry), Jeanette McNeal, Phyllis Causey, Karen Benton (Bill) and Angie Woodward (Dickie). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins.
