She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Harvey "L. H." and Esther Stevens Fowler; her brother Donnie Stevens; her brother-in-law Graham Mincey; and her parents-in-law, Bernice Mincey and Calvin Donnie "C. D." Mincey.
She is survived by: her daughter Megan Mincey of Loris, SC; her brother Gregg Fowler (Debra) of Loris, SC; her siblings-in-law, Hiawatha Griffith of Loris, SC and Flint Mincey (Lynn) of Loris, SC; her nieces and nephews, Miracle Griffith, Nicholas Mincey (Libby), Neil Mincey and Chris Mincey; her great-nephew Ty Mincey; and her close friends, Veronica, Donna, Gloria and Amy.
