He is survived by: his parents, Earl Samuel Burnette and Doris Virginia Wilkerson Burnette; his wife Bridgette Burnette; his son Samuel Burnette (Rebecca); his stepsons, Dakota Hammontree and Chase Hammontree; his granddaughter Haisley Grace Burnette; his mother-in-law Sue DeLung; and his siblings, Mark Burnette (Debbie), Alice Fisher (Ernie) and Sharon Poole (Ernie). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
