She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Fulton Floyd and Edna Mae Grainger Floyd; her husband Elbert Earl Suggs; and her siblings, Joe Floyd, Harless Floyd, Leo Floyd, Norman Floyd, Wilbur Floyd, Ralph Floyd and Shelby Bond.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Hicken (Kim) and Gloria Kinard; her grandchildren, Kelsey Pilcher (Wes) and Alex Righi (Lily); her great grandchildren, Trace Pilcher and Logan Pilcher; and her siblings, Mike Floyd, Fredia Tomlinson, Wanda Norman and Darthy Kitchel.
