She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Terrell and Julia Terrell; and her siblings, James Terrell and Pat Bordeaux. She is survived by: her husband Herbert "Hubby" Bellamy; her children, Cindy Bellamy, Jamie Bellamy (Jenny), Karen Bolden (Cliff) and Kathy Osborne (Greg); her sister Dee Crotts; and her grandchildren, Meagan Davis (Aaron), Emily Ratliff (Josh), Lindsey Taber (Ross), Grace Appleyard (Dane), Hope Loppnow, Austin Bellamy, Kelsey Olberding, Brittany Parham, Cami Kelly, Dean Bolden (Jill), Lauren Mason (Kendall) and Jarrett Bolden (Hayley). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.

The family asks that donations be made to the building fund at Living Water Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.
