He is survived by : his wife Mary Graham Fowler; his children, Aaron Fowler of Loris, SC, Elijah Fowler of Loris, SC, Chloe Fowler of Loris, SC and Kathy Fowler of Loris, SC; and his sisters, Irene Phipps of Tabor City, NC and Kathleen Fipps of Loris, SC..

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel (300 E 5th St, Tabor City, NC 28463). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
