She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan C. Newcomer, Sr. and Hazel Kender Newcomer; her husband Karl Richard Ney; and her siblings, Ivan C. Newcomer, Jr. (Phyllis), Betty Ann Pieschek (Richard) and Nancy LaBarron (Larry).
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra K. Resko (Louis); her grandchildren, Johnathan Felty (Val), Tiffany Felty Cardona (Jose), Tabitha Felty, Jodeane Jessman (Robert) and Josiah Felty (Brooke); her stepgrandsons, Steven Resko (Jenn) and Joshua Sowers; and her brother-in-law Donald J. Ney (Stella). She is also survived by four step-great-grandchildren.
