He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Bishop and Brenda Bishop; his brother Jason Bishop; his sister-in-law Dr. Emily Sloan; his nephew Miles Bishop; his aunt Betty Olmstead; his cousin Timothy Dinkle; and his pets, Mikey, Max and Goodwill. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
