He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hardee; his sons, Charles Allen Hardee, Daniel J Hardee (Barbara) and Anthony "Tony" Louis Hardee (Kayrina); his grandchildren, Gina Marie Hardee, Jordan Hardee (Katie), Jared Hardee and Adam Hardee Flowers; his great grandchild Vivian Hardee; and his sisters, Althea King and Diane Smith.
