He is survived by: his stepdaughter Valerie McDonnell (Richard); his siblings, Paul Causey (Jean), Randy Causey (Louise) and Carolyn Page; his siblings-in-law, Donna Causey and Marshall Porter; and his close friends, Tracy and Rose Blanton. He is also survived by two nieces; seven nephews.
