She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren William Fowler and Rosie Ella Causey Fowler; her siblings, Billy Gene Fowler, Edward Fowler, Donna Lynn Fowler Owens and Rose Marie Buffkin; and her nephew Liam Norris.
She is survived by: her husband W. E. Spivey, Jr.; her daughter Sheila R. Turner (Coleman); her siblings, Eldred Fowler and Bonnell Norris (Ronald); her nephew Christopher Norris; and her caregiver Julia Smiley. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hardwick Funeral Home (4831 Main St, Loris, SC 29569). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
