He is survived by : his children, Bill Phillips of West Salem, Joe Phillips of Chippewa Lake, Donovan Phillips of Elyria, Patrick Phillips of Olmsted Township, Skylar Phillips of Loris, SC, Noah Phillips of Loris, SC, Kim Phillips of Parma and Bailee Phillips of Loris, SC; his stepchildren, Clifford Whitt of Wellington, Jonathan Whitt of Avon Lake, Ohio and Tabitha Whitt of Elyria, Ohio; his grandchildren, Faith, Bill, Dylan, Ryan and Alyssa; his great grandchild Aurora; and his siblings, Thomas Lavisky of Avon Lake, Ohio and Jo Anne Lavisky of St. Charles, Missouri. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
