With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alma Lee Adams (Lugoff, South Carolina), born in Kershaw, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 14, 2025 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her parents, Miller Mack and Minnie Curtis Gather Mack; her husband Leroy Adams; her daughters, Patricia Lee and Selvilla Stover; her sisters, Rachel Gooden, Mary Tucker and Ethel Tucker; her daughter-in-law Ora Adams; and her close friend Gracie Richardson.

She is survived by: her children, Lelia Mae Belton (J. R. Belton) of Cassatt, John Adams (Ruth Reynolds) of Camden, Carl Adams (Mary Adams) of Barnwell, S. C., Richard Adams (Shirley Adams) of Clarksville, Tenn and Rachel Forman (Willie Forman) of Cassatt; her sons-in-law, Edward Stover and Rev. Bennie Lee; and her sister Rosa Lee.
