She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Hawks and Tamala Dixon; her grandsons, John Hawks (DeCarla Harrison) and Caden Dixon; her siblings, Lula Simon, Ervin Simon, Bernard Simon (Sharon) and Andrew Simon (Deanna); and her great grandchild Tamiya Hawks. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
