He is survived by: his parents, Franklin Samuel Sturkie Jr. and Evelyn Sturkie of Rembert; his siblings, Kayden Sturkie and Samantha Sturkie; his grandmothers, Phyllis Sturkie (Carl) and Kim Matthews (Vern); and his aunt Amanda Sturkie Jackson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
