It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Kenneth Fulmer (Lugoff, South Carolina), born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on March 8, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Dale may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dale touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Rhett Fulmer and Doris Miles Fulmer; his brother Donald Fulmer; and his brother-in-law William Hodge. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lynn Branham Fulmer of Tookie Doo; his sons, Jonathan Dale Fulmer (Brittany) of Tookie Doo and Alfred James Fulmer (Erin) of Lugoff, SC; his siblings, Jean Hodge of Camden, SC and Rhett Fulmer, Jr. of Camden, SC.; his sister-in-law Belinda Fulmer of Elgin, SC; and his grandchildren, Jacob Fulmer and Jenna Fulmer.
