He was predeceased by: his father Edward Donovan; and his brother Jimmy Donovan. He is survived by: his mother Polly Donovan; his children, Eddie Donovan (Sharon Worley), Kelley Gwynne (Charlie) and Patrick Donovan (Caity); his grandchildren, Charlie, Henry Gwynne and Quinn Donovan; his wife Jane; and his siblings, Cathy Stonecipher, Carolyn Halton (Tom), EJ Donovan (Marianne) and Colleen Donovan (Jon Boal). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
